Hi Owen, I would like to thank you and your team for a fantastic tournament. See you next year.

Overall good tournament with incredible hosts, yet the driving between the clubs became problematic for some. Many mumblings overheard..... Playing all matches for a specific age group at one venue would go along way to prevent the unhappiness.

Atmosphere was awesome and Randpark club facilities were great. However I feel that the tennis balls chosen for the tournament were far below standard, I understand that tournaments are arranged with a tight budget but I am sure something can be done for some sort of sponsor from, Wilson / Dunlop for better balls.

Once again, Owen and his team delivered a good tournament. Turnout was good, communication was good and will definitely want to return to it again.

Great tournament as always, however publishing of following days matches needs to be communicated earlier and scheduling could be vastly improved. We found ourselves driving, Uber'ing or catching lifts between Parkrand and GEHQ each day.
Surely it makes sense to schedule all events per age group at the same venue ?

Warmwater in die storte sal waardeer word.

Entire tournament was great thank you - only some mix ups with venue allocations and match schedules published a bit late.

A little disappointed that we got no prizes for winners. I understand the lag between singles and doubles fixtures (waiting sometime for 4 hours). Got to do with available courts but maybe something to look at in the future

I feel some more thought should go into the scheduling - there were some strange decisions made which caused some participants some irritation. I am aware that this is a TSA responsibility and think this should be mentioned to them. Scheduling posted very late some evenings
Facilities at Parkrand were great. Facilities at GEH need some work. One or 2 court surfaces need work. Background of some courts are tricky. I recommend a hedge or sorts. Maybe tennis players can donate these?

All good, would be back next year...

I enjoyed the tournament it was my first year playing in this tournament and it was great fun. I have only one complaint and it is the Babolat tennis balls against Wilson or Dunlop and Slazenger there is no pace on the ball. This is the first time I have played where everyone I spoke to complained about the balls.

Communication was done very poorly from the beginning.
1) The fact that not everyone was going to play the first Friday could have been communicated a lot earlier. Players also need to make arrangements not just the organisers. I unnecessarily put in leave at work for that Friday only to find out that I'm not playing. Not very nice
2) I was not communicated to on two occasions where I had a walkover. I think this is the poorest part of the tournament . I drove all the way from Pretoria twice on the last weekend only to find that I have no match to play. 250km and I didn't hit a single tennis ball. Not very nice.
3) Even though I had two walkovers the website (SportyHQ) still indicated that I'm play 9:15 at PTC. Why don't you update the website with this information instead of updating it with incorrect info. If the website info is incorrect then it would be better to just take it down.
4) More emphasis needs to be put to players to try and commit to the tournament and not just to withdraw from matches whenever something better comes up. I know for a fact that one of my opponents withdrew to go hunting. I know this is a difficult one .
I was very much looking forward to the tournament but it ended up being a disappointment. I will try to play another tournament , hopefully it will be a better experience
